You Can Manage this with Single Cost Center. You Just create one Statistical Order Type in CO and then create Internal order for Each Road 1,2,3.....1000 and for other divisions. After defining Statistical Order Type , you will define Internal order using T.code KO01 and assign Cost Center there. All Real Posting goes to Cost Center and using Internal order you can easily segregate each Road, Building etc costs. You can also post revenue, Material & FOH on Internal Order.
