Can you please check if your OS is supported by Cloud Connector. If yes, please try to uninstall the Visual Studio 2010 and restart the system. Download fresh from Microsoft website Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download CenterIns
and then try to install the Cloud Connector. Hope this works. Please share the screen shot of installed version from control panel and ensure they are in same drive.
