I'm not clear what kind of additional fields are expected to be transported to the auto SR. Do you mean for this service request, you want to fill in some specific fields with values which comes according to the incoming Email?
From my understanding, when creating a transaction, if some specific values or fields need to be set additionally, BADIs or customer codes should be used.
In this case, maybe you can create your own service ID and service class to create this SR specially.
