Unable to launch the Paystubs FIORI app in the standalone mode

Hi All,

I am trying to launch the View My Paystubs FIORI app in a standalone mode but it takes me to the FIORI launchpad the first time I login. If I try it again with in the same browser session it works fine.

This is only happening every time I open a new browser session and launch this URL:

http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=123#Shell-runStandaloneApp?sap-ushell-SAPUI5.Component=hcm.mypaystubs&sap-ushell-url=/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/hcm_pay_mon

Has any one faced a similar issue or know what I am missing here?
