Dear Experts,
There is an issue related to document splitting when the user tries to reverse previous fiscal year documents. The client activate the Document Slitting with Profit Center on the start of the new fiscal year but they did not closed the previous fiscal year. Now when they are reversing the previous FY documents, they get the following message:
Document Splitting: Item for Clearing XXXX/615421088/2014/001 Not found. Message No: GLT0002.
One way is to deactivate the splitting check temporarily and reverse the documents, but this is just a work around and not a viable solution.
How can we resolve this issue?
