This isn't a solution, but a workaround.
When my s9hana server error happened, it seems isolated to particular server. One option is to sign up for another account and hopefully get another server? Not sure if the HANA trial team likes that, but found out later that a s7hana account was working when my s9hana one was down.
Of course you'll have to replicate your code & data.
Hope that helps...
Be nice if there was a dashboard on the HANA trial server status. Couldn't run the trace logs because they are disabled on trial.
