Auto notification when credit hold released

Hello Gurus,

when a sales order goes into a credit hold, it is then released by the credit manager.  Then credit manager emails the customer rep indicating credit release completed.  Is there a way to automatically notify to the credit manager when the order goes on hold and when the manager releases, notify the customer service rep?
