Payment type Boleto Bancário

Hi experts.

In Brazil we have the payment type "Boleto Bancário ( more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boleto )". I need to create this form in SAP C4C .

Is there any standard solution SAP C4C? Or how could I do?

The form must follow the layout of this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boleto.
