Hi,
also the reason could be for not getting the FB message is
Facebook password has been changed.
You will need to re-authenticate the Social Media Channel.
To do so, please follow the steps bellow:
- Go to “Administrator” work center
- Then go to “Service and Social Settings” view
- Under the “Social Media” section, click on “Social Media Channels”
- Select the channel for Facebook and click on “Edit”
- Click on “Connect with Channel”
- The Facebook logon page will open in a new browser window.
- Log on to Facebook. If the site asks you to allow access to your app, allow it.
- Once you see the message that your account has been authenticated, you can close the window and return to the system.
After this process, your system will start to receive the Facebook messages again.
