As per standard SAP the system behavior is correct i.e. In quality management we have multiple types of inspections (While receiving material from Vendor (01 type) , Goods issue inspection (02) and Inprocess inspection (03) and Goods receipt inspection from Production (04) etc..
so for each inspection type may varies the different quality checkup that we will define in the inspection plan i.e. with inspection plan usage combination we will define in the inspection type configuration
according to that system will refer from the inspection lot what is the inspection type and usage then in these combination any inspection plan details exist or not, If inspection plan is there with usage combination then default it will get the inspection lot status as REL otherwise the status will become the CRTD
if CRTD status is there then we have ensure the below things
1. Ensure the inspection plan with usage as per the inspection type configuration
2.if plan is there then ensure the validity of the plan
