In addition to above reply...check queue in the ECC outbound queues with SMQ1.
There , observe the RFC destination is correct ,or, not...
If it not correct, use transcation BDLS to correct RFC destination in the tabe CRMPARRFC.
But, you can check with your BASIS before using BDLS.
